I know you're expecting replies from girls. We had surveyed, observed, and than finally got some conclusion but still I'd like to pour some light on it because I'm experienced in this matter. See, you're wrong when you say Indian girls are reluctant in dating. They are very much interested in dating, but they choose a guy based mainly on 2 criteria - the guy has to be VERY rich and/or VERY good looking. If you don't have at least one of these two qualities, its almost impossible to get a girlfriend in India. Also, Indian girls have the nasty habit of 'upgrading' their dates. For example, if a girl is dating a guy who owns a Civic, she'll surely dump him if she finds a guy with an Accord. Similarly, if she's dating a guy who looks like a Bollywood actor, she'll dump him if she finds another guy who looks like a Hollywood actor. I'm sure that the girls here will deny this and even curse me, but its the bitter truth. Of course there are really nice girls who are exceptions, but unfortunately those girls will already be in secure long term relationships. I'm really sorry to say that in India, a guy with a pleasing personality and good character holds no value to girls,unless he's also rich or good looking. And please don't even think of asking a girl out on Facebook. Its not desperate, and in most countries it will be successful. But in India, if you ask a girl out on Facebook, she'll feel as if you have raped her. You have mentioned that you're average looking, which is a slight advantage because you're better than ugly looking guys. I'm not aware of your age or your financial status. If you're from a middle class family, work hard and make loads of money. You'll find that girls are attracted to you instantly. I hope I gave you a satisfactory answer. i recently hav this urge to date girls , i know many girls on facebook but all see dating as a bad thing. are all indian girls like this ?? , is it wrong/desperate to like a girl on facebook or ask her out ?
